World-renowned fast-food chain Burger King approached M.A.D Models to design a scale model showcasing their new drive-through concept, which streamlines the customer experience, reduces wait times, and manages traffic by implementing a dedicated waiting area for preorders. The result is a practical yet visually striking model showcasing the innovation behind the new drive-through concept.

Emerald Park, a renowned theme park based in Ireland, approached M.A.D Models with a unique project. They sought assistance in creating a scale model of their forthcoming expanded 6.5-acre land, Tír na nÓg. The objective was to showcase the planned attractions, including two intertwining steel rollercoasters, concessions outlets, and additional rides. The M.A.D Models team successfully transformed their vision for the Tír na nÓg land expansion into an intricately detailed scale model.

‘The Waterfront’ model was developed to visualise a mixed-use development covering approximately 12Ha at a location in the Middle East. The project focused on transforming the idyllic coastline into a one of a kind, upper class destination appealing to a global tourist market featuring: Yacht Club, Water Sports Centre, Mall, Aquarium, RD&E, Indoor/Outdoor Theme Entertainment with world-first roller coaster. 

‘The Leaf District’ is a new city development for a country in Eastern Asia with a footprint of roughly 20ha. This massive urban complex, surrounded by residential buildings includes exclusive resorts, a boutique hotel, fashion mall, interactive retail experiences, indoor and outdoor gardens, food and beverage areas, all combined with thrill rides and immersive attractions and experiences.

This model was created to showcase the development of a new, contemporary glass office building. The development featured a large scale waterfall feature running between levels into a public garden space in addition to paved forecourt and private rooftop garden for the building.

The model created combined water and lighting features to create an awe-inspiring showpiece.
